Delivery Information
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that we have received it. Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday and Sunday)
If you order before 3:00 PM CEST, we will process your order the same day. As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can expect to receive your order within 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday and Sunday).
Delivery Delays
If the estimated processing and delivery timeframe has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, please don't worry. Allow an additional 3 business days (Monday to Friday). If your order has still not been delivered after this period, please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
Cancellations
To cancel your order, please email us at info@Harperlanemelbourne.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you've received an incorrect or damaged item, please take clear photos and send them to info@Harperlanemelbourne.com along with your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
