Return Procedure
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. After this period, returns will no longer be considered.
To qualify for a return, items must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition as when received — original packaging included.
To start a return, send us an email at info@Harperlanemelbourne.com. We'll walk you through the process step by step. Please pack your items securely and ship them with a reliable carrier. Return shipping costs are at your expense, but no restocking fees will be applied.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and processed, a full refund will be issued automatically within 14 days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you haven't received your refund after this period, please reach out and we'll look into it right away.
Exchanges
Not fully happy with your item and looking to exchange it? No worries. Get in touch with us at info@Harperlanemelbourne.com, letting us know which items you'd like to swap and the reason. We'll do our best to make it right.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please email us at info@Harperlanemelbourne.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you've received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, please take clear photos and send them to info@Harperlanemelbourne.com along with your order number. We'll resolve the issue promptly. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
